Shireen is currently a full time student at the University of Sydney completing a double degree majoring in International and Global Studies and International Relations.
Shireen also dedicates her time to an administrator position at Alfirdaus Quran College and is a part of The Next Step teenage mentoring program which aims to inspire personal growth and character development among Muslim youth through recreational activities that guide them towards Islam.
Born and raised in Sydney, Shireen has always felt a strong connection to the Muslim community and is keen on being part of an effort to create and maintain a unified Islamic body through her newly appointed position as a board member of the Islamic Council of NSW.
